Watching contents

Q. How should I do if I cannot hear audio?
 
Please check the sound volume of your computer or device. When your internet connection is slow or unstable, it may take some time to load audio data.
Q. How should I do if I cannot see slide?
 
Issues may occur while loading slide data. Please reopen the content page and try it again. When your internet connection is slow or unstable, it may take some time to load slide data.
Q. How do I add a content to my Favorites?
 
You can add a content to your Favorites by clicking the "Add to Favorites" button on the content page. You will need to sign in to add a content to Favorites. You can see the list of contents you have added to Favorites by selecting "Favorites" the menu for members.
Q. How do I resume to watch the content I watched halfway before?
 
You can resume watching the content from exactly where you left off before by accessing to your watch history. You will need to sign in to use the watch history. Go to "History" the menu for members to see your watch history.
Q. How do I subscribe a channel?
 
You can subscribe a channel by clicking "Subscribe" button. You will need to sign in to subscribe channels. You can see the list of your subscribed channel by selecting "Subscription" the menu for members.
Q. How do I send messages to the channel owner?
 
If you want to ask your questions or to give feedback, you can send messages to the channel owner by clicking "Send messages" on the channel page or the content page. You will need to sign in to send messages.

Create Contents

Q. How do I publish a content?
 
You will need to create an account and a channel to publish a content. You can create an account by clicking "Create account" menu after reading our Terms of services. You can set up your channel by selecting "Channel settings" the my studio menu.
Q. How many contents can I upload?
 
You can upload contents up to 20. If you want to upload more than 20 contents, please contact us from here. "
Q. Do you have any audio file upload restrictions?
 
We support mp3, m4a format. The maximum file size is 60 MB per a content.
Q. Do you have any slide file upload restrictions?
 
We support pdf, jpg and png format. You can upload up to 100 slide pages per a content.
Q. Can I set the timing of slides?
 
Once audio and slide data have been uploaded, you can set the timing of a transition in the sync settings.
Q. Can I change visibility settings of my contents?
 
You can choose from three options. "Public" contents can be seen by anyone. "Unlisted" contents can be seen by anyone with the link. "Subscribers only" contents can be seen by anyone who subscribe to your channel.

Q. How do I create an account?
 
You can create an account on Seminarlog by clicking "Create account" after reading our Terms of services.
Q. How should I do if I forget my password?
 
You can reset your password by clicking "Password reset" on sign in page.
Q. How do I change my account information?
 
If you want to change your account information such as username, email, you can change them by selecting "Account settings" the menu for members.
